About RunDad LiftDad

Dads who show up together.

Most dads don't stop wanting a challenge. They stop having someone to take it on with. The job gets longer, the calendar fills with other people's things, and the plan you made in January quietly dies by February.

RunDad LiftDad exists to fix that. Starting with runs and lifts, and branching into BikeDad and ClimbDad, we make time, show up, and keep each other honest — a neighborhood run, a garage workout, a bike ride, or anything you enjoy together — and a reason to get back out there when you fall off.

We're not building an app for the fastest guys. We're building a community for the dad who makes time to lift, run, ride or simply get outside between a bedtime and a deadline — with people who understand.

Versus the challenge. Never each other.

Named events have a specific challenge: the Mountain or the Coast. RunDad and LiftDad are where we start. BikeDad and ClimbDad are sister groups built around what dads enjoy doing together. Versus is our event series — shared challenges like Versus the Mountain and Versus the Coast. You don’t need a big event on the calendar to belong.

Meet Versus the Mountain

Showing up beats winning

The point isn't the podium. It's the dad who got out of the house before the kids woke up and made it count. Every starting point is welcome, whatever the activity.

Somewhere to actually go

A garage lift, a neighborhood run, a weekend ride or a hike. A garage can become a gathering place. Any shared activity can become a reason to show up.

Dads carrying dads

Crews, chat, training plans and people who notice when you stop showing up. Community isn't a feature we added — it's the thing we set out to build.

Who it's for

Dads first, because that's who we built it for — and genuinely open to everyone. Whoever you are, if you want a community that shows up for each other, there's a spot for you.

It's free to join and free to use. You only pay when you enter one of the big events we host.
