Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund rules for memberships, entries and events.

Membership

Membership is free, so there's nothing to refund. Paid run entries and add-ons follow the sections below.

Cancelling your entry

Cancel from the run page until registration closes for a full refund of the entry fee and any medal add-on. After registration closes, entries can't be refunded.

If a run is cancelled

If a host or RunDad LiftDad cancels a run, every athlete is refunded in full automatically and notified.

Medals

Refunded registrations cancel any medal order. Physical medals are shipped only after an approved finish.

Events

Retreats and other special events have their own refund policy, which will be published when registration opens.

Timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
