How to run, chat and compete on RunDad LiftDad.

Run honestly

Submit only your own results, from the run you entered, done inside your window. Don't edit files, splice videos or run short courses. Cheating leads to removed results and suspension.

Be a good teammate in chat

Encourage people. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or spam. Links are blocked for new accounts for 24 hours. There's a limit of one message every 2 seconds, and a profanity filter.

Respect brands and people

Don't use other run organizers' brand names for your runs, or post other people's personal info.

Reporting

Report runs, results, messages or users you think break these rules. Admins review every report and may dismiss it, remove content or suspend the account.
