Your responsibilities

Describe your run accurately, including distance, format, timing, price, prizes and location. Keep athletes safe at in-person events and follow venue rules and local laws.

Once athletes register, the distance, format, location, timing and price are locked.

Review

Your first paid run and in-person runs may need admin approval before they go live. Only admins can make a run count for season points or mark it coach-hosted.

Money

RunDad LiftDad collects entry fees. Hosts earn 90% of each entry fee after card processing fees. RunDad keeps 10%. Earnings show on the Get paid page and are paid out once payout details are set up.

Cancellations

If you cancel a run, every athlete is refunded in full. Repeated cancellations or misleading runs may lead to suspension.

Results review

Review pending and flagged results fairly and promptly. Give a reason when you reject one.
